Carbon Lighthouse is looking for an HR Generalist to oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of managing Human Resources, payroll, and benefits administration. You will be the first point of contact for internal HR issues and questions and responsible for coordinating new team member onboarding. You will be expected to foster strong relationships with your coworkers and ensure that every voice has a receptive ear ready and willing to listen.
You will embody through your actions all of Carbon Lighthouse’s core values, particularly Integrity and Getting it Done. You will be privy to a wide range of confidential and sensitive personal information and you must have unimpeachable trustworthiness and discretion. You will have a proven ability to manage large and varied administrative loads and to find ways around problems. You will be able to organize and manage complex projects. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Carbon Lighthouse as a face of the company when interacting with prospective job candidates and other third parties.
